That was happening to me ALL THE TIME. So I set out to fix it by gathering up a bunch of quick and easy dinner ideas from a few friends and family members. I just had to get my act together!
My criteria was that all the meals had to be totally easy recipes that required no prep work. I didn’t want anything that required chopping or a ton of time. What I wanted was SIMPLE!

When I was all done I had two full weeks of quick and easy dinner recipes that I could either cook in the crock pot with no prep time, or make in just a few simple steps. What’s more, is that every recipe is really, really good.
My kids love them, my husband loves them, and I get in and out of the kitchen quick.
I put all these recipes together for you to use as well! I like to call it The Meal Planner for People Who Hate to Cook – haha!
