Inspired by a few of my favorite bloggers (Annie and Rebecca) I’d like to start reminding myself to document the little everyday moments. We always seem to remember to grab our camera for big occasions like holidays and birthdays, but what about our everyday? What about the mundane that we see so often we forget is important? The average. The imperfect.
I want to remember these things just as much as their first haircut. Like Paityn watching PBS kids on my cell phone with her dirty cookie face. The kids are both obsessed with asking to play on your phone. The only comparison I can make to my childhood is maybe the desire to play with my moms jewelry and shoes. So funny to think that they will gasp one day when I tell them that when I was little there was no such thing as cell phones.
Liz is a just a mom trying to keep it real about how little she sleeps, how often she gets puked on and how much she loves them. You can find her here every day writing about real-mom moments.
