Maybe I’ll feel different after pregnancy and delivery, but I don’t feel like money should be spent on me anyway (unless I suppose, you’re Jennifer Garner) it should be spent on something like all the millions of diapers we’re going to need, perhaps. I’d like my husband to be in the room with me holding my hand and comforting me and then giving me a kiss and saying, thank you for this child. I want my husband to help me off the couch when I get stuck, go buy me ginger ale when my stomach is sick, be patient with me when I’m grouchy and love me the whole time. That’s the push present I’d like to get.
