Lemon Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
- 1 pkg sugar cookie dough
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
Instructions
Cookie Dough Layer
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Spray an 8x8 pan with pan spray
- Press premade cookie dough onto the pan in an even layer
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Allow to cool.
Lemon Cheesecake Layer
- Mix together your cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
- Spread evenly onto your cooled cookie layer.
- Bake on 350 for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
