I’ve been cooking at home so much more recently. I think with social distancing, we’re all finding ourselves spending more time in the kitchen.
For me, I’ve never been one to love cooking. It just hasn’t ever been my thing and that is OK.
Because of that, I collect easy, simple dinner ideas that can get on the table with little hassle. These certainly are perfect for that!

I can tell you that this is a great dinner for picky eaters. Kids love Cheetos chicken!

If you are in the mood for lasagna but don’t want to spend the time, this is a terrific way to cure your craving.
Meatballs + Cream of Mushroom + Ranch
Grab some buns and you are all set for dinner with this one.
