Here is the photo that is gracing our 2013 Christmas cards. It’s the time of year where we we all put on coordinating outfits, snuggle up together in the cold fall wind and pretend like we always walk out of the door flawless.
You don’t see here the frantic running around trying to wrangle children into their clothes, realizing Brady has no clean socks, beads of sweat across my upper lip, and considering gluing that damn bow onto Paityn’s head so she’ll stop pulling it out.
But try as we might, you just can’t hold it all in. One of the four is going to let you have a peek inside the chaos and the crazy, and leave it to Brady to do the honors.
At least we are all looking at the camera, and that’s all we can hope for.
