Lay out pie crust and use a pumpkin shape cookie cutter to cut out 8 pumpkins. (Depending on the size of your cookie cutter you can make more or less).
Lay 4 of the pie crusts onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Scoop a spoonful of pie filling onto the pumpkin crusts.
On the remaining 4 crusts, use a knife to cut out your face shape.
Place the face on top of the bottom layer and secure around the sides with a knife.
Bake for about 15 minutes, watching to take them out when the edges begin to brown.
