Once again we’re getting the same information: the Measles, Mumps, Rubella vaccine (MMR) does not cause Autism.
Seventeen studies done in seven different countries have all said the same thing and we now have one more confirmation. (You can read all about here.)
“Conclusion: The study strongly supports that MMR vaccination does not increase the risk for autism, does not trigger autism in susceptible children, and is not associated with clustering of autism cases after vaccination. It adds to previous studies through significant additional statistical power and by addressing hypotheses of susceptible subgroups and clustering of cases.”
How many times do we have to hear the same thing before we believe it?
They confirmed that not only does the MMR vaccine not increase the odds of Autism but also, that it does not trigger autism in children who are at a higher risk.
What we do know though, is that measles cases increased by 48.4% between 2017 and 2018, according to UNICEF calculations from World Health Organization data.
So what happens when someone chooses not to vaccinate their kids? I’ve talked about that here in detail, but basically, you put other small children at risk.
And that’s not OK.
