I love reading and I love watching movies – both of these are in my top ten favorite things to do. I love spending my time turning the pages and delving into a story, growing to love the characters and watching the whole thing unravel. What is a ridiculous amount of fun for me, is when someone turns the story I fell in love with into a movie. Sometimes a disappointment, but others so incredibly thrilling to see it all come to life. There are two movies I am itching to see that are from two of my very favorite books.

The Time Traveler’s Wife.
I know this has already come and gone from theaters, but I decided not to see it then since I had not read the book. This book was one of the best ever and I am eagerly awaiting the DVD release date in February.
Dear John.
Oh my… this book is so incredible. I mean just… gosh, I love it. If you haven’t read it GO READ IT soon before it comes to theaters (also) in February. Do you remember how excited I got when I found out they were making this film? I’m eager to see if Nicholas Sparks decides to write a sequel to this, I would love it.
What’s your favorite book turned film?

I saw the Time Traveler’s Wife after I read it. I never like the movie’s as good as the books, but I try to have an open mind. I must read Dear John!

Oh my gosh, Dear John is coming out?!! I loved the book!!!!

Saw TTW and loved it. I haven’t read that book yet. I do tend to agree that I like the books better than the movie.

I haven’t read The Time Traveler’s Wife, but I did enjoy the movie! After watching that movie all I wished was to stay insatiable in my desire to live, love and give myself to my beloved ones fully! I also really loved the book Tony & Susan by Austin Wright, and I also enjoyed the movie Nocturnal Animals based on that book ( http://putlocker.rip/5933-nocturnal-animals-2016.html ) – a good example of both a good book and a good movie.
