I learned about this fun little hack last year when I was trying to get the internet to work a little faster in my work area, which was all the way in my garage. It worked effortlessly and I couldn’t believe no one had mentioned it before.
The key I’m talking about is a WiFi Booster.
This little gadget (that is super cheap, coming in at under $40) takes your existing WiFi signal, and amplifies it. This makes your internet faster and helps you reach into rooms that the signal wasn’t getting to before.

It plugs right into a wall socket and works with any router.
It is such an awesome investment for such a tiny price.
Slow Internet On Your Phone
If the internet on your phone is annoyingly slow, there is a super cool thing I like to use on my iPhone. It’s an app called Speedify (totally free, btw).
Speedify allows your phone to use both its wifi and cell signal to connect to the web simultaneously. This dual connection allows your phone to connect at lightning fast speeds. Woot woot!
