Fruit Punch Popsicles

easy food

One of our favorite things to make in the summer are popsicles. They are just the perfect way to cool down when you’re hanging out outside for a BBQ or after a swim at the pool. So many times after a long walk I’ll sit down outside and eat a popsicle. We have made all sorts of fun recipes and my whole family really loves this one. It’s refreshing, tasty and totally easy to make.

simply1

All you need to make these are: diced strawberries and Simply Fruit Punch™. This is my favorite juice drink to enjoy all on its own but freezing it and adding fruit makes it extra good! Simply Beverages™ add no preservatives, colors or artificial flavors.

simply2

You could probably use all sorts of fruits and it would taste just as good. I think pineapple and cherries would be great.

simply3

Start by adding a few pieces of fruit at the bottom of your popsicle mold. Then, add a little bit of fruit punch and pop it in the freezer (without inserting the stick).

simply4

Let it freeze for about 30-45 minutes and add another layer. Depending on how deep your popsicle mold is, it may be time to insert the stick or you may need another layer. Keep layering strawberries and Simply Fruit Punch until you are all full. Let it sit overnight and you’re ready to eat!
