Love and Marriage

And A Baby Carriage.

Help Wanted: Hair Edition

Uncategorized

I have until my hair appointment tomorrow to decide if I am going to chop this mop of hair off.  Since having the baby (and let’s face it, during most of my pregnancy) I have become increasingly annoyed with long hair.  I’ve kept it long for probably 95% of my life and my patience is growing thin.  I wear it up in a messy bun daily now since it drapes down into Brady’s face when I’m feeding him and when I hold him up on my shoulder I have to scoot it out of his way.  What is the point of long hair when it is constantly up?

Oh, and when it is down, I don’t have the time to style it.  If I had the time and talent to have Kardashian-like hair, we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

So this is where my mind starts to wander, I start searching Google Images and I decide this hair is perfect:

I’ve had short hair once in the last, I don’t know, 15 years?  And I think my face shape will support a short style.

Other celebs who inspire me to go from super long to super short, all of which look better post chop, in my opinion:
-Kellie Pickler
-Rhianna
-Paris Hilton
-Katie Holmes
-Tori Spelling

The only thing stopping me from taking a leap of faith is that it may look awful and that I’m a big wimp that’s afraid of change.  Seriously though, IT’S JUST HAIR.

Should I cut my hair?

I’ve had my hair cut in a similar bob for several years and I love it- still long enough for a pony tail, but short enough not to be a pain!

girl I just cut nearly 12 inches off last weekend! I REGRET it! I can still barely pull it up but I wish I would have left about 5 more inches on! Just don’t go too short right away, you can always go back and get more taken off but it’ll take months to get those few inches back! lol You’re so cute you’ll fine with whatever you do, can’t wait to hear what you decide (and see!)

I chopped all of my hair off after I had my baby, too. It’s just so much easier to deal with! I say go for it. It will grow back!
