In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, water & food coloring.

Spread the green frosting onto each cookie.

Sprinkle with the green shredded coconut to create Easter grass.

Place a marshmallow peep & robins egg candies onto each cookie. You can use the extra green frosting as a “glue”.
