Seeing how you are going to be 9 months old in three days, I suppose I better get this eight month post complete.
This month:
-You’ve garnered a new nickname from your dad: Bam Bam. You bang on everything and if you pick something up you are sure to slam in on whatever surface within your reach.
-You are walking in your walker now. You were just scooting backwards but now you have mastered going forward.
-I moved you up to seconds foods and you are trying all sorts of new things. There hasn’t been anything you won’t eat. Yet.
-The best part of this month was for sure when you slept through the night for the first time. I was so proud of I was beaming. You aren’t doing it consistently, but we are making real progress in the sleep department.
-My second favorite thing? You are giving kisses. It is insanely precious and you melt my heart every time. You grab my face and lean forward with your mouth wide open and press your face into mine.
-My least favorite thing? You are a full on hair puller. You want to grab my hair and rip it out when you are nursing or I’m rocking you to sleep. You also slap me. I keep telling you no but I’m certain you don’t quite know what you are doing yet.
