Buffalo Chicken Dip is the best party dip recipe I’ve made. I know this because my friends request it all the time! Four ingredients and 15 minutes later, you’re in business.
I love recipes that taste good, but more important to me more often than not, is that they are quick and easy. Hey, I’m busy and if I’m prepping for a get-together I usually have 47 other things to get done.
While you’re in the kitchen, may I suggest a Cupcake Moscato Wine Slushie? It’s so good.
Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
If you love chicken wings and all things spicy, this dip is for you. We very often have friends over for football games, baseball games or really anything sports related. Every single time someone makes this it is the hit of the day. It’s that good. The best part of it is how easy it is to make.
How To Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
- Shredded Chicken
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Cream Cheese
- Buffalo Sauce
This is super simple, just mix the ingredients and heat in the oven. Yep, that’s it!
The quickest way to get shredded chicken if you’re in a hurry, is to grab a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. Use a knife to cut it into smaller pieces, place each piece in a bowl and use an electric mixer to shred.
How To Soften Cream Cheese
To make sure you are able to actually mix the cream cheese in we will need to soften it up. Of course, you can leave it sitting out on the counter for a while but we don’t always have that kind of time.
Place your cream cheese block (out of the wrapper) on a microwave safe plate and heat it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. There will be a bit of liquid that melts off and make sure to add that in your dip, too.
Serve this up with tortilla chips and celery. Enjoy!
