This kids reading challenge is going to be so fun for us to do this summer. I love thinking of ways that can get my brand new readers excited about books. (Scroll down for a free printable.)
I made this so I can keep the kids searching for new things to read this summer and turn it into a bit of a competition… can you get through all of these??
Rules!
- Kids get to pick whatever book in that category that they choose.
- If they don’t like the book they can choose another one.
- This doesn’t necessarily need to be done in any time period or order unless you want to. Longer books may take more time.
- The goal is FUN! Try new books and challenge yourself to read more. Parents can play along, too!

Lewis Howard says
To be honest, my academic performance at university suffers as a result of my passion for reading. My unhappiness with the current state of affairs prompted me to start reading WritingJudge reviews and picking the best writing service. Because of these assessments, I’m certain that I’ll make the appropriate selection.
