Tooth Brushing Incentive Chart

It can be a struggle to get my kids to brush their teeth twice a day. We actually went through a period of time where my three-year-old wouldn’t stop brushing her teeth. You’d find her constantly squeezing toothpaste onto her pink toothbrush and doing her best version of brushing. Sometimes you would walk into the bathroom and see her dried up brush on the countertop after her not properly rinsing it off. She’s passed that stage now (it was too good to be true) and my five-year-old never entered it. So like going potty and doing chores, we are incentivizing.
aquafresh1 This tooth brushing chart I made, gives them incentive to brush their teeth twice a day for two weeks. If they do, they get a prize. We may take them to a restaurant they like, go to a movie, or take them shopping for a new toy. Use whatever goodie will encourage your kids to brush!
aquafresh2 You can also put this in a 5×7 frame and check the days off with a dry-erase marker. For us, just taping it to the wall and marking it with a pen or crayon works great!

I’m really excited about the new Aquafresh® Multi Action toothpaste because it provides Sugar Acid Protection, provided by fluoride, to strengthen and shield teeth against sugar acid attack from everyday foods and drinks, the key cause of cavities.

Keeping our teeth white is super important to me. This one has a great mint taste. You can grab a coupon to try it right here. Visit Aquafresh® toothpaste on Facebook and Twitter. Also, you can visit Aquafresh’s tips for mom and dad on how to make brushing fun!

Now tell me, how do you keep your children’s teeth healthy?
