Love and Marriage

And A Baby Carriage.

  • I am planning a more detailed post about being a working mother and how much I dislike it.  For now, I will say that I’m working on building a business that will get me out of my 9-5 and into something I love.  Enter Elizabeth Rose Photography.

  • I got the new Spring 4G phone, the htc Evo, and it is wonderful.  I’m happy to get rid of my old school Blackberrry 8830.  I love having so many apps to choose from.  Do you have a fav?

  • I’ve been meaning to mention this for some time now, but my brother-in-law will soon be making his professional MMA debut.  He has made quite a name for himself as an amateur fighter and if you (are your hubby’s) are into that sort of thing, you should check him out.  I am curious if anyone out there is infact an MMA fan.  The Nieman house orders every UFC pay-per-view event, recently turned our garage into a make-shift boxing gym, and Brady even has a UFC onesie declaring him a “Crib Fighter”.

  • We had our first real snow last night.  Oy vey…
  • I’ve been on a documentary kick lately, watching bunches on Netflix, and I really want to urge you to go watch Food Inc. and Food Matters.  I’m planning on watching dirt next.

How cold has it been today! That wind…
I am really interested in your working mom post because it’s something I’m considering (we’d have to delay baby-making quite a bit for me to stay home) and I’m wondering how others do it, and what they like/dislike about it.

Hope you guys had a great weekend!

We had our first snow yesterday also! My Hubby and brother in law love MMA fighting so I will tell them about him. 🙂 They just went to an event in St. Louis actually.

Sorry to hear that you hate being a working mother but I look forward to hearing more about your journey towards finding the right balance!
