This week was shades of gray, which is a pretty easy task in our neck of the woods. It has snowed and snowed all week here and everything is covered in white. Surprisingly enough, the fact that everything is dead and gloomy hasn’t saddened me like it has in the past. It’s been sort of nice to watch the snow fall and show it to Brady for the first time.
Our rose bush is taking a quiet winter nap, and will be even more beautiful when it blooms again this spring.
