Strawberry Mojito Mocktail Recipe
This Strawberry Mojito Mocktail is fruity, fizzy, refreshing, and SO easy to make! Fresh strawberries, lemon and mint come together with your favorite sparkling water or soda for a pretty drink that takes just 5 minutes to make.
It’s perfect for summer afternoons, parties, baby showers, girls’ nights or anytime you want a fun drink without the alcohol.
And the best part? You only need a handful of ingredients!
Strawberry Mojito Mocktail
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- ¾ cup diced strawberries, plus a few for garnish
- ½ lemon, sliced
- 5–10 mint leaves
- 1 can sparkling water or light-colored soda of your choice
- ice, optional
Instructions
1. Muddle the fruit and mint.
Add the diced strawberries, sliced lemon and mint leaves to a glass or small pitcher. Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to gently crush everything together. This helps release all those delicious strawberry, citrus and mint flavors.
2. Make it fizzy.
Pour in your sparkling water or soda and give everything a good stir.
3. Add the finishing touches.
Add ice, if you’d like, and garnish with fresh strawberries and a slice of lemon.
That’s it! Your strawberry mojito mocktail is ready to enjoy.
Make It Your Own
One of the things I love about this recipe is how easy it is to customize.
Swap the lemon for lime. Lime gives it even more of that classic mojito flavor.
Choose your fizz. Use plain sparkling water for a lighter drink, flavored sparkling water for an extra fruity twist, or a lemon-lime soda if you like your mocktails a little sweeter.
Add more fruit. Toss in raspberries, blueberries or blackberries along with the strawberries.
Make a bigger batch. This recipe is super easy to double (or triple!) when you’re making drinks for a group.
The Perfect Easy Summer Drink
There’s something about strawberries and fresh mint that just tastes like summer. Add a little citrus and plenty of bubbles, and you have a refreshing drink that feels special without requiring a bunch of ingredients or prep work.
Plus, that bright red strawberry color with the fresh green mint makes this mocktail so pretty served in a clear glass.
Make one for yourself, sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy!
