Making this upcycled vase was so fun and so easy. But of course you already knew if it was here, it was easy. You all know I’m no craft blogger.
This craft came along after a disastrous mason jar painting project. I still haven’t quite given up on it, so maybe it will eventually show up here, but it wasn’t pretty.
But this? This is pretty.
I picked up a plain white ceramic vase for $1 in the Target Dollar Spot a few weeks ago. After the mason jar incident, in which I was using gold spray paint, I thought ehh, what the heck, I’ll spray paint something else.
It’s a good thing this worked out alright because I would have continued spray painting for an unknown amount of time. Luckily, this healed the itch.

So, long story short, I did what all the other craft bloggers say to do and:
1) Slapped on a big piece of duct tape.
2) Sprayed it.
3) Let it dry.
I took pictures throughout the project but I do not feel the need to share them. You guys are intelligent people, I don’t think those instructions are too difficult. And plus, if I can do it? It’s clearly not complicated.
