Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast sliced
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
  • ¼ Cup Sriracha
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Coat chicken in corn starch.
  • Put instant pot on sauté.
  • Place chicken in the instant pot and brown.
  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha. salt, pepper, & rice vinegar.
  • Once chicken is browned, pour in the sauce.
  • Place instant pot onto manual for 6 minutes.
  • Once timer goes off, quick release.
  • Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
