  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 12 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 4 oz Pink Candy Melts
  • Valentine Sprinkles to taste

Directions
  1. Prep the Base: Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange saltines in a single layer.
  2. Make the Toffee: Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Bake the Toffee: Pour the mixture over crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  4. Add the Toppings: Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the hot toffee, let them melt, and spread. Drizzle melted pink wafers and swirl with a toothpick.
  5. Set and Serve: Add sprinkles, then refrigerate for one hour before breaking into pieces.
