Mini Apple Pumpkin Pies

Halloween Mini Pies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole pre-made pie crust
  • 1 21 oz can apple pie filling

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lay out pie crust and use a pumpkin shape cookie cutter to cut out 8 pumpkins. (Depending on the size of your cookie cutter you can make more or less).
  3. Lay 4 of the pie crusts onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Scoop a spoonful of pie filling onto the pumpkin crusts.
  5. On the remaining 4 crusts, use a knife to cut out your face shape.
  6. Place the face on top of the bottom layer and secure around the sides with a knife.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes, watching to take them out when the edges begin to brown.
