Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg sugar cookie dough
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened

Method
 

Cookie Dough Layer
  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Spray an 8x8 pan with pan spray
  3. Press premade cookie dough onto the pan in an even layer
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Allow to cool.
Lemon Cheesecake Layer
  1. Mix together your cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Spread evenly onto your cooled cookie layer.
  3. Bake on 350 for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
