There are so many special moments that come and go each day. Like a sweet hug between my kids, a roar of laughter from something funny they said, a quick snuggle with my husband after a long day.
None of those are usually caught on film. It’s usually just the big events like the first day of school or when they lose a tooth. Even still, those moments are usually just a quick snapshot on my phone.
I have been challenging myself this year to break out the nice camera and make a point to capture little moments. Because the little moments make up the our lives.
For Father’s Day this year, since we always get dad a shiny new razor, I thought it would be the perfect time for the boys to shave together! I wanted to make sure to take some photos of my little boy with his dad and a face full of shaving cream!
Of course, my little guy did not shave with a real razor. He has a plastic toy razor.
I just adore these photos! It would be so special to take a few pictures like this and print them to package up with a new Gillette Fusion5 ProShield Razor. Especially because they are on roll back at Walmart right now for $9.97 and you can stack that sale with the P&G brandSAVER® coupon for $2 off Gillette or Venus razors. You can find the coupon in your paper from 6/3 or online at PGeveryday.com.
Dad gets something functional and something sweet! Now you’ve covered both of your Father’s Day bases.
I feel like new razors are kind of like new socks… you wait until you’re desperate for new ones and it just feels so good to take a new one (or pair) out of the package.
I challenge you this Father’s Day to capture a mundane, simple moment at home between your kids and their dad. It only takes a minute and it’s so special.
Happy Father’s Day!
