Love and Marriage

And A Baby Carriage.

A Year of ‘I Love You’s’

crafts

I had this brilliant idea yesterday, just two days before Valentine’s day, to make something homemade for my man this year. So I started looking on line and saw a jar that someone had decorated for Vday and filled with candy. I liked the idea but I added my own little twist to it. I decided to fill the jar with a years worth of ‘I love you’s’ – 365 little pieces of paper that say I love you. Very simple, just a little time consuming cutting them all out.

Then I bought a clear jar at WalMart in the kitchen aisle and decorated it with scrapbook supplies I already had at home.

I tried to find the bags of crinkled paper to fill the jar with but I couldn’t find any atWalMart orKMart and unfortunately we don’t have a craft store around here. So, I bought a premade ribbon bow that you stick on packages and took it apart and filled it that way. Then I just sprinkled I Love You’s and put the lid back on. Voila!

And you can’t forget the Ferrero Rocher’s!

I hope everyone has an awesome Valentine’s day with the ones they love!
