This chocolate bark recipe is inspired from my little girls favorite Frozen character, Queen Elsa. It is soooo good. So good in fact that I had to hide it after my kids kept sneaking into the fridge to grab a piece. This is so sugary sweet that just one small piece is enough for a whole day.
Frozen Elsa Chocolate Bark
This is super easy to make and is a great recipe for kids to help with. You literally cannot mess it up if you try!
Ingredients
- White chocolate chips
- Turquoise candy melts
- Light Blue candy melts
- Sparkling white sugar (this one is from Walmart or you can find the Wilton version here)
- Sixlets or another chocolate candy in classic Elsa colors blue, white and grey (I found these in the baking aisle, not the candy section.)
Directions
First, melt your white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring each time. You don’t want to burn the chocolate!
Then, do the same with the chocolate melts.
Spread the white chocolate onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Then, add globs of the color on top.
Spread and swirl to mix it together and all your sprinkles and candy. You can use whatever candy you want that you looks Elsa-ish.
Put the chocolate in the fridge until it’s hardened. Break it apart into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
The fun thing about chocolate bark is that you can change the colors and toppings to match almost anything. It’s so fun! Plus, it tastes so good.
