These Christmas Mimosas are the best drink to make for the holiday.
This drink recipe is simple, with just four ingredients (two are technically optional). Make this for a Christmas party, a festive holiday brunch or just any time you want a yummy cocktail!
Christmas Mimosas
These mimosas aren’t just totally delicious of course, they are beautiful. The presentation all starts with the glass. A champagne coupe isn’t necessary but it sure adds to the elegance.
Never heard of a champagne coupe before? I didn’t realize that is what the glasses above are called! The difference between a coupe and a flute is just the shape. A coupe is shallow and wide like the ones I have here, and a flute is tall and narrow.
Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
- Champagne (of your choice)
- Cranberry Juice (not from concentrate)
- Rosemary
- Cranberries
Second to the glass, the presentation is largely due to the fresh rosemary and cranberries. Adding these two simple things takes this drink from good to great.
How To Make A Christmas Mimosa
- Fill your glass halfway with your favorite champagne.
- Add cranberry juice to fill.
- Top with cranberries and rosemary.
That’s it!
