Holding his sister for the first time
On our fourth day in the hospital, when Paityn was finally able to be removed from incubation/skin to skin, people were aloud to hold her besides her daddy and me. Â One of the most anxious people in line to do so? Â Her brother.
We had Brady climb into daddy’s lap, get positioned, and Aunt Manda placed Paityn in their arms. Â The sight of my little boy, the big brother, holding and kissing his baby sister is one I will never forget. Â It was such a sweet moment. Â He just kept kissing her head over and over.
I hope he always loves his sister like this.
