Mini Banana Pudding Bites
How cute are these? Not only are they adorable, but they took me almost no time at all. This is a dessert that does not require you to be an expert in the kitchen. The kiddos can help, too!
What You’ll Need:
- Bananas
- Nilla wafer cookies
- Banana Pudding Mix
- Milk
How To Make Banana Pudding Bites
- Make banana pudding. Use a mixer to beat the milk in with the packet for a couple of minutes. Then let it set up in the fridge.
- Layer. Place a layer of wafer cookies on a plate, and add a spoonful of pudding. Then, a thin slice of banana. Then, a quirt of cool whip.
These don’t hold for long, so make them when you’re ready to eat. I keep the pudding by itself in the fridge, so when we’re ready to snack, we make a batch at a time.
You can substitute vanilla pudding for banana if you’d like. Some people like the artificial vanilla flavoring in the packets much better than the banana.
If you like banana pudding, you are going to really love making these mini bites.
