Brownie Mix Cookies
This is really a very easy recipe to make. It only takes a few ingredients and I’ll be almost all are in your pantry right now.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
Box Brownie Mix – You can use whatever your favorite is (or what’s on sale). If you’re feeling super Martha-Stewart-ish you could use a homemade recipe.
Melted Butter – The best way to melt butter is to cut it into pieces, put them in a microwave dish and heat for 30 seconds.

Four
Powdered Sugar
How To Make Cookies from Brownie Mix
To make this Brownie Mix Cookies Recipe, start by stirring your dry ingredients minus the powdered sugar. Then, add in the melted butter and stir it all together.
Put the batter in the fridge for about an hour. Doing this makes the dough much easier to manipulate in the next step.
Roll the batter into small one inch balls and roll in the powdered sugar.
Place in the oven to bake for about 12 minutes (depending on how big you’ve made them).
The cookies will flatten out as they bake.
Let them cool for a few minutes before eating. They are really good when warm, though! Serve with a big glass of milk. These cookies are so yummy.
Enjoy!
