Today Hubby and I are beginning a new health regime. I am not going to call it what the title of the book says which is diet, because dieting is not my purpose for this. I am not concerned with loosing weight, infact, I would prefer to loose none. This is instead for my heart, my arteries, and my overall energy level.
We are starting The Game On! diet which is based on making your food and exercise into a game to compete against eachother. You could do this with a large group of people and split into teams but Guy and I are just doing it one on one.
