Just a few short years ago when my first born was a baby, there were not very many organic baby foods at our local stores. I tried desperately to make my own, but I could just never get it right. Today, the shelves are overflowing with options and it makes me really excited for all my friends with new babies.

The thing that we have loved the most are the fruit and veggie pouches. I adore almost anything that makes motherhood more convenient and these certainly make eating on the go easier.

We have always adored Sprout® Organic baby & toddler food and are here with five reasons you will LOVE it like we do.

Sprout recipes are made with certified organic ingredients and contain no preservatives, artificial colors, flavors or other additives. There are so many foods with artificial ingredients and that is the last thing I want to give to my baby.

They are less acidic by not using harsh acid preservatives, like citric or malic acid. Having had a baby with lots of acid problems, this is huge to me.

Sprout uses unique cooking methods and combinations developed with the help of a professional chef. All of the food is baked or roasted, no boiling and steaming which makes food soggy and watered down.

It’s not just baby food. They make grownup food like breakfast snacks and protein smoothies. Everyone deserves healthy and delicious snacks.

They taste good. Babies actually have better tasting ability than adults. They have about 7-10 thousand little buds all over their mouth, not just on the tongue. Taste is important and these are so good. Sneak a taste next time you pick some up, I promise you won’t spit it out.
