Here is an easy and quick way to make vanilla rice pudding. If you have a craving for this sweet treat, I found a way to make it fast!

My kids love to help me in the kitchen so we made this together. We’re partnering with The UNCLE BEN’S® Brand on this as part of the Ben’s Beginners™ program, a movement that inspires healthy beginnings by encouraging families to cook together.

Add the rice and bring to a boil. Once it boils, take it off the burner. Let it cool on the stove for about 10 minutes. Then, pour it into a bowl and let it sit in the fridge until it’s cool. Optional: sprinkle cinnamon on top.
