This Gumdrop Punch is my kids new favorite Christmas treat. It’s super fun to make for a holiday movie night to go along with your popcorn. So yummy and only 3 ingredients!
Gumdrop Punch
I just realized after we made these that they’re really similar to a Root Beer float but with a new, snazzy twist. We made this with Christmas in mind but it really could be a great time any time of year. This would be fun in the summer months, too!
Ingredients You’ll Need
This just takes three ingredients to make this, four if you count the gumdrops. They’re not necessary for the drink, just for decoration.
- Sherbet. I used the raspberry portion of the rainbow sherbet but truthfully, any flavor will work.
- Strawberry Fanta. Another option would be Cherry 7Up.
- Whipped Cream.
- Dots. Or any gumdrop candy. This is optional.
How To Make Gumdrop Punch
Grab a glass and let’s make this yummy Christmas punch. The kids really love not only drinking it, but helping to make it also.
Ok, all you need to do is scoop some sherbet into the bottom of your cup, give a big squirt of whipped cream on top of that, then pour Fanta in the glass until it’s full.
For garnish, you can put four gumdrops on a toothpick and place on top. Since we were making this for Christmas movie night, we used green and red Dots.
