Grilled chicken is one of my favorite dinners. Living in the midwest though, grilling is definitely not an option year round. Sure if you wanted to you could dust the snow off the grill cover and stand in the 10 degree air flipping your dinner but I’ll pass. (affiliates included)
Lucky for us, I just found how to grill chicken inside the house without one of those bulky indoor grills.

How To Grill Chicken Without A Grill
Here is what you’ll need:
- A Grill Pan (this is the one we have, it’s awesome.)
- Chicken
- Seasoning
First, rub the meat with vegetable oil and season. (I used salt, pepper and Montreal Steak seasoning)
Heat grill pan thoroughly first, then place the chicken on pan.
Cook for 3 minutes then flip and cook 3 minutes on the opposite side. Don’t move it or you won’t have grill lines!
Take the chicken off the pan place it into a baking dish.
Bake the chicken in oven on 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
Voila – grilled chicken without the grill!
