Easy Nutella Cupcakes
I love Nutella. Â I love cupcakes. Â Put them together? Â Nutella cupcakes! Â Heaven in a muffin tin. Â I’ve seen a few recipes for these and I tried one out a few weeks ago. Â It was delish, but a lot of work, and I thought I could make these Nutella cupcakes easier, quicker and cheaper. Â So, I used a box mix.
Nutella Cupcakes
I used a cheap box of Jiffy Yellow Cake mix. Â The recipe is easy: follow the instructions on the back of the box, which include dumping the mix in a bowl and adding an egg and water.
Scoop the cake mixture into your muffin tins, then drop some Nutella into each one.
Take a tooth pick, or a skewer stick or whatever else you have lying around and swirl the Nutella around.
It’s idiot proof. Â (Not that you’re an idiot.)
The result is a yummy cupcake with some Nutella built in. Â They’re the best when they’re warm.
