My kids favorite part of the school day is of course, recess! Little ones of every age need a break in their school day to get some fresh air and exert some built up energy. They need time to move their bodies, climb, jump, stretch and just play freely. Outdoor play and recess offer cognitive, health, emotional, social and physical benefits to a child’s development. So important!

Free play with the freedom to run and yell and play how you like is perfect, but sometimes we need a fun game to play! These are recess games are great to get kids to interact together and to build relationships with peers they don’t normally play with. They’re great for team building, plus, they will definitely burn some energy! Do you remember playing some of these when you were a kid?

The good people at Culturelle® Kids know the importance of playing outside and how much it benefits kids overall health. They are dedicated to helping kids stay healthy with their pediatrician recommended probiotic to support their digestive health and immunity.

My kids take these probiotic every day and I love that they are chewable and taste good (my little ones refuse to swallow a pill). Don’t know what a probiotic is or why your kiddos (and you!) need one? A probiotic is GOOD bacteria that keeps your gut healthy.

I can’t wait to see the new playground that is built!
