At our house, we love a quick frozen pizza for lunch or an easy dinner. As a busy mom with two kids in school, one in baseball and one in soccer, I need a few quick meals to keep around.
Ever since I discovered Red Baron® pizza a few years ago it has been my go to frozen pizza. It’s the perfect mealtime solution for busy nights. We love Red Baron® Classic Crust the most, it’s not too thick and not too thin.
I have some super fun pizza hacks that will rock your next mealtime. I like to think this totally earns me my Red Baron® Baroness #WingMama “Whatever Works” patch! Plus, any night I serve frozen pizza I always earn my “Clean Plate Club” patch. What’s a #WingMama? She’s the mama who’s seen it all. From regulating screen time to hunting monsters, she has taken on just about everything her kids can throw her way – all with a ‘whatever works’ attitude. She reminds other moms to celebrate the everyday chaos of mom life rather than be ashamed or hid from it. The Baroness is the ultimate #WingMama. She has a signature look, including a bomber jacket adorned with different patches she has earned throughout the years as a mom. What badge will you earn?
Frozen Pizza Hacks
Grill It – Yep, you can totally grill your frozen pizzas! As if it wasn’t already easy enough, this eliminates almost any kitchen mess and it tastes really good, too. Start with the grill temperature set to low and cook it for 10 minutes, then crank it up to medium and cook an additional 10 minutes or until it’s cooked to your liking. So easy!
Make a Smiley Face – This is one of my kids’ favorites and, of course, is super easy to do. Just remove the pepperoni and rearrange it into a smiley face! My kids like to do this part themselves and can sometimes get a little creative with the design.
Cook Two at Once – If you need more than one pizza at a time but don’t have the room in the middle oven rack don’t worry. All you need to do is cut each pizza in half before cooking and place them onto the baking sheet round side in. Smart huh?
Cut It In Strips – Make it easy for little fingers to pick up and eat. The traditional style of cutting always flops around when my five year old is trying to maneuver it. This fun way to cut the pizza for kids is so genius I don’t know why I didn’t think of it before.
