These strawberry brownies are so easy to make and taste amazing. You are going to be making these all the time! They’re flaky, moist and whipped up in a jiffy.
The best part about this recipe is that there are literally just three ingredients. Heck, you might even have all three in your kitchen right now.
Strawberry Brownies
I made these today and was thrilled with how they turned out. They only person that didn’t fall in love with them was my daughter who is 6 and pretty much hates all things. Except chocolate.
Chocolate is great and all, but sometimes I just get in the mood for a sweet treat without it. (That’s why I love lemon desserts so much!)
So when I’m in the mood for a new dessert recipe without chocolate chips or cocoa, I turn to strawberry. You can’t go wrong with strawberry.
How To Make 3 Ingredient Strawberry Brownies
Are you ready to be amazed? This recipe only needs the following:
- Strawberry Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
I love taking Strawberry Cake Mix and turning into something other than cake. Do you remember the Strawberry Dessert Dip? That was made with cake mix, too! It can be so very versatile.
Anyway, you literally just stir those three ingredients together, bake it in an 8×8 dish and enjoy.
This is a great recipe to make a double batch of when you’re having a get together and need a simple dessert.
Put A Glaze On Top
You can add frosting on top, or an easy glaze.
To make a glaze just stir up a bit of powdered sugar with a splash of milk until you get a good consistency. It’s easy to make and you just can’t mess it up. Too runny? More sugar. Too thick? More milk. Easy peasy.

There’s no such thing as “cake like” brownies! It’s just cake cut into smaller pieces. True brownies have a thin crusty top layer and are moist and chewy. And they don’t need any kind of frosting or glaze. This recipe isn’t a brownie recipe. It’s a cake recipe.

I thought these were great! I have an egg allergy so I substitute egg with ricotta cheese for all my baked goods, I just eyeball the ricotta to the size of a typical egg and it works out everytime. My family also loved them!

Can you do this with other flavor cake mixes? I have a lemon cake mix. Just curious.

Oh my goodness. I have never in my life had strawberry brownies. I made these with my 13 year old son for our family and 5 out of the 7 of us loved them. I will be making these for my daughter’s birthday party July the 4th.

I think it’s okay to play these kinds of games every once in a while because they help you relax, but it’s not a good idea to do it so often that you forget about other things you need to do.

These Strawberry Brownies look absolutely delicious and comforting—sometimes sweet treats can bring a little joy during difficult times. It’s interesting how topics like funeral home financing also deal with providing comfort, just in a different way—offering families support when they need it most.

Hello from Calgary! Recently, while browsing a sports website, I came across an advertisement for River Rock Casino. I decided to check it out and chose blackjack because it’s my favorite game. Several lucky hands in a row made for an enjoyable evening. The interface was very user-friendly, and the withdrawal process took less than a day.

Hello, everyone! I’m from Newcastle and recently heard about Candy Spinz Casino from a colleague. At first, I was skeptical, but then I decided to try blackjack. It turned out to be a very atmospheric game, with a fast and straightforward process. For me, it became a good way to relax after a stressful day. Now I sometimes go there for fun and a change of scenery.
