These strawberry brownies are so easy to make and taste amazing. You are going to be making these all the time! They’re flaky, moist and whipped up in a jiffy.
The best part about this recipe is that there are literally just three ingredients. Heck, you might even have all three in your kitchen right now.
Strawberry Brownies
I made these today and was thrilled with how they turned out. They only person that didn’t fall in love with them was my daughter who is 6 and pretty much hates all things. Except chocolate.
Chocolate is great and all, but sometimes I just get in the mood for a sweet treat without it. (That’s why I love lemon desserts so much!)
So when I’m in the mood for a new dessert recipe without chocolate chips or cocoa, I turn to strawberry. You can’t go wrong with strawberry.
How To Make 3 Ingredient Strawberry Brownies
Are you ready to be amazed? This recipe only needs the following:
- Strawberry Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
I love taking Strawberry Cake Mix and turning into something other than cake. Do you remember the Strawberry Dessert Dip? That was made with cake mix, too! It can be so very versatile.
Anyway, you literally just stir those three ingredients together, bake it in an 8×8 dish and enjoy.
This is a great recipe to make a double batch of when you’re having a get together and need a simple dessert.
Put A Glaze On Top
You can add frosting on top, or an easy glaze.
To make a glaze just stir up a bit of powdered sugar with a splash of milk until you get a good consistency. It’s easy to make and you just can’t mess it up. Too runny? More sugar. Too thick? More milk. Easy peasy.

There’s no such thing as “cake like” brownies! It’s just cake cut into smaller pieces. True brownies have a thin crusty top layer and are moist and chewy. And they don’t need any kind of frosting or glaze. This recipe isn’t a brownie recipe. It’s a cake recipe.
I love good food made easy to fix. Thanks
I don’t ever remember seeing boxes of strawberry cake mix on ,y grocerers shelves. Which brand did you buy?
I thought these were great! I have an egg allergy so I substitute egg with ricotta cheese for all my baked goods, I just eyeball the ricotta to the size of a typical egg and it works out everytime. My family also loved them!
Can you do this with other flavor cake mixes? I have a lemon cake mix. Just curious.
Strawberries and almonds are two things I love to eat
