How to make some really easy Pie Crust Cookies and the best dip to go along with it.
Here is a cute Thanksgiving treat to sit out on a dessert table this holiday. We use pie crust to make cookie chips and pair it with a simple cream cheese cinnamon dessert dip that all whips together quick and easy.

Pie Crust Cookies with Cinnamon Dip
These cookies are partly cookie, partly chip. It’s just pie crust cut into shapes and coated in butter.
The key to cuteness here are these are the leaf cookie stamper. It cuts the cookie shape and imprints the leaf on top. We grabbed the one you see here at Michaels for $1.99. At our Michaels location, it’s available for free in store, same-day pickup.
If you can’t grab this one, I’m sure you can find something similar at one of your local stores.

Ingredients
- Premade Pie Crust
- Butter
- Cream Cheese
- Whipped Topping
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust
If you haven’t tried Cinnadust before, it’s so yummy! It’s just like the flavoring on Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal. It’s perfect for this and great for sprinkling over toast, yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal, the list goes on.

How to Make Pie Crust Cookies
- Roll out the pie crust and use the cookie cutter to stamp out the leaves.
- Place the dough onto a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Coat them with some melted butter.

How to Make Cinnamon Dessert Dip
- Set out the cream cheese to come to room temperature so you are able to stir it.
- Stir together the cream cheese, whipped topping, milk and Cinnadust.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and sprinkle a little more Cinnadust on top.
- Serve with the pie crust cookies and enjoy.
