The 30 Day Happiness Challenge is here! I am a strong believer in little things making a big impact in our lives, we just don’t always notice it.
So I wanted to make a simple yet effective happiness challenge that wouldn’t take a lot of effort but would be things we could weave into our everyday. They say it takes 30 days to break a habit and you need to make it a habit to be happy! (affiliate links included)
(Make sure you check out the de-clutter challenge, too!)
Take the 30 Day Happiness Challenge
Beyond doing these activities everyday, I suggest two more things as well…
♥ Number one: write down three things you’re thankful for each and everyday. Doing this will train your brain to be looking for the good each day instead of the bad. It is powerful and super effective.
♥ Number two: find some quiet time each day to do some deep breathing and repeat some positive mantras. It really is easy, I promise. Maybe something like, “I am happy. I am strong. I have plenty of money. Good things happen to me.”
Here is The Happiness Challenge.
Pick a day to get started and get going. You can do these out of order if you want to, just make sure you are doing one every single day, no skipping.
- no social media day
- call a friend (not a text)
- listen to your favorite song
- 15 minutes of exercise
- put fresh flowers on your table
- hug someone you love (tight)
- do one small random act of kindness
- watch a funny movie
- dance to happy music
- no complaining all day
- go get your favorite treat
- color a picture
- doll yourself up
- start a new book
- take a walk
- play with your dog (or cat)
- get a pedicure
- spend one on one time with your favorite person
- plant flowers
- go for a drive with no destination
- bake cookies from scratch
- take a nap
- write down things you’re good at
- declutter the busiest room of your home
- buy something you’ve been wanting
- visit a lake
- go out to dinner
- plan a future dream vacation
- take a day off from work
- buy a gift for someone you love

Sometimes we need to see things in B&W to remind us to be kind to ourselves.
I am undergoing cancer treatment and it’s been a tough year. I’ve still got a few more months of active treatment to go but the worst of it is over and I feel ready to begin ‘recovering’ from the treatment.
Your calendar is a timely find for me. THANK YOU ♥

I’m gong through treatment too. It is hard and tiring. People who have never experience it doesn’t understand. Personal time is always a great thing. However in my family they all what to baby me and take care of me they forget that I’m just sick. I hope your treatments go good and finish with a bang. Find peace with what you have and what the outcome will be. Oh and smile everyday, tomorrow will be here before you know it.

We never really know what will be…tomorrow is never promised, but we’re here today and that is just so awesome! Be well…you,ve got this. ❤

I love what your doing! Great job! Keep on lifting us ladies. God bless you in all you do!
Buying things, going out to eat, spending money… These are not happiness-inducing activities.
Feel free to replace any of the suggested activities with something that appeals to you; nothing is etched in stone. You must admit, this activity does make you think intentionally about doing nice things for yourself.

I really feel like this is going to work. I am always looking for bad things in my life instead of happy. I hope this brings me plenty of joy and make my family happy that I am happy.
This is amazing I’m getting in board and this needs to get shared

OK, I‘ve always wanted to be Instagram-famous, too.
Well, today I’m going to teach you the best way to totally change forever the way you Instagram.
Picture this: You wake up early in the morning, even before your alarm does.
You spring up to check your cell.
Hit the Instragram App.
Whoaaa, you think, Over 561 likes on a single picture.
You put your fuzzy slippers on and head to the kitchen for some coffee. After putting on the kettle, you pull out your phone again.
Bam! Another 20 likes.
And here comes another message. It’s from some follower asking about your life, and giving you daps on your sixth official month of eating healthy.
A smile makes its way on your face as you receive another message. This person emailed you to let you know she loves your posts.
As you begin to respond, your phone buzzes again.
Oops, another ping. But you can’t reply—you’ve got to hit the gym.
Anyways, you get the point. This is the life of an Instagram celebrity. I should know, because I have made many of them.
Now, this is the point in time where you learn to take control of your Instagram.
Now, what if you raised your engagement by 100%, or 1000%?
It’s not complicated to do, although almost no one does. Just hit up our website. There, you will learn how to garner Instagram followers and likes like mad…without even trying.
In just minutes after posting, we get your images piled with likes.
The “Top Post” section, all of a sudden, does not seem that far away.
This is all great, but you have actually got to put in the work to make it happen. Actually, it is not real work.
1. Visit https://picturestorm.casa
2. Enter your Instagram username.
3. 10 – 15 likes are going to be sent to your 3 most recent uploads. Just like that.
Being a regular staple on that page will supercharge your growth 10x, easy. But if you want the fame, you’ve got to reach for it. Are you ready?
What great ideas. Thank you so much.
I really liked the ideas you gave to cheer yourself up for a whole month. These calendars are a great way to brighten up your life. I can advise you a few more calendars for printing so that you have more choice of calendars and where you can write down all these items: https://printablecalendar.net/ I myself constantly keep a calendar and always take calendars from this site
