These are all available on Amazon and ship fast if you want to make this for an upcoming gathering.

How to Make a Beach Water Cocktail

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add the Blue Curacao, coconut rum, and pineapple juice.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Top with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water, if desired.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cocktail umbrella.

This drink is best served cold and sipped somewhere sunny — or at least while pretending you’re on vacation.

Tips

  1. Make this drink stronger or less strong to your liking by trading more rum for soda. You can mix and match to find the perfect amount of liquor you prefer.
  2. Make this festive for a party by adding a piece of pineapple to the side of the glass as garnish with a fun straw and a paper umbrella.
  3. Keep your drink cold without getting watered down by getting the Host Freeze Insulated Gel Chiller Cups. I love these things!
