All you need to make that delicious burrito that is ready just a few minutes, is two ingredients:

- A burrito shell
Birds Eye® Protein Blends Southwest Style has black beans, lentils, corn, and bell peppers. To make it, you take the bag from the freezer, put it directly into the microwave and set it for 5 minutes.
Then, place a scoop or two in a burrito shell, maybe add a little cheese if you’d like, and you’re done! The flavor is amazing.
This blend has 14 grams of protein packed inside 17 grams of fiber. This would go great with grilled chicken or your favorite slow-cooker meal.
