If you love makeup this image makes you cringe! An enormous Makeup Forever eyeshadow palette completely destroyed forever. 😭
In a Facebook post earlier this week, Brittney Nelson says she came to Sephora to shop and saw a mom and child (she doesn’t say how old) leaving the store right before finding this smashed makeup. No one actually saw anyone do this.
As much as we hate seeing this ruined makeup, what really sparks the controversy here is her suggestion moms should not bring their kids into the makeup store to begin with.
And people have mixed feelings about that. Some say it’s just makeup…
“Grow up. It’s makeup, it’s not some rare or one of a kind artifact.
“Haha! Crying over makeup. Kids will be kids. They see colours they want to paint. Get a grip. Lol. Its just makeup.
While others feel the opposite…
“The kid destroyed private property. That’s a crime. Parent should be responsible for full compensation to the property owner. Kid is damn lucky my mom wasn’t his mom!!”
“Sad comment on the lack of values ot today’s young parents. They seem to think that their children are entitled to do whatever they want whenever and wherever they want. disgusting!”
“Seriously where the hell is the parent??”
And there is also the great argument that the eyeshadow was nowhere near $1,300
“Those are samples… probably costed the company $200 at most.”
“It probably cost $10 in China or India.”
What do you think? Tell me the comments!

If no one actually saw the child do this, how does anyone know that the Facebook poster didn’t do it and is blaming this kid to cover her own behind?
Crys Pea says
This looks staged. A child would be covered and I hardly believe NO ONE saw this. Perhaps she should get the true details before making a PSA that isn’t helpful … since we all know teens and adults can be nasty and malicious just cause. Pleas don’t blame parents. It’s hard enough not to be judged daily by other too perfect parents and snobs that think they know it all.

The makeup isn’t actually ruined, you can still use it. And as you are taught with make-up tutorials, blend blend blend….maybe something awesome could come out of the mixtures. But how do they know it was really the kid, number one, and number two, don’t people usually ruin samples anyway?!? And where does she suggest people take their kids? It’s not like they have childcare at the entrance of every shop, or are kids no longer allowed in public anymore, in case they annoy someone?

Come on people!! How hard is it to contain your kids?😳

Apparently hard
