I’ve admitted it before and I have no shame in saying I don’t like spending much time in the kitchen. Cooking has never been something I enjoyed (or that I’m good at) yet it’s something I have no choice but to do. Unless I win the lottery and can hire a chef, or I feed my family cereal every night, I’ve gotta cook.
Plus, sitting down with them over a home cooked meal just makes us happy. There is magic in mealtime and sitting around the table together always brings out great conversation making it one of the best times of my day.
So, my best option is to find dinners that everyone loves that don’t keep me standing in the kitchen for hours at a time. One that I’m crazy about is this super simple ravioli recipe.
3 Ingredient Cheesy Ravioli
- Ragu® Six Cheese
- 1 bag of frozen cheese ravioli
- Mozzerella cheese
This recipe is so easy!
- Grab a baking dish and spread a spoonful of the Ragu® on the bottom.
- Then, add a layer of ravioli.
- Top it with another large spoonful of Ragu®.
- Next, a layer of cheese.
- Keep layering!
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
- For the last 5 min, remove the foil to bake.
