I can’t tell you how much having a decluttered home improves my life. I’m more relaxed, able to focus and generally less stressed. As someone who suffers from anxiety, this makes a huge difference in my happiness.

It doesn’t seem like clutter and anxiety have any correlation but here are plenty of studies that show clutter is making us sad and even overweight. (I write more about that over here.)
