Air Fryer Bacon is by far my favorite way to make bacon. The bacon comes out perfect every time and I don’t have to dodge oil as it pops out at me!
Oh, and while you’ve got your Air Fryer out, you might wanna think about making our Air Fryer Snickers. They are soooooo delicious!

You may have cooked bacon in many ways before, on the stove, on a griddle, in the oven or even the microwave. I promise you though, once you make it in the Air Fryer you won’t ever return to your original cooking method.

Air Fryer Bacon
When you use the bacon in Air Fryer method, you are going to get very crisp bacon every time. And, since the grease drips down into the reservoir, the bacon doesn’t come out dripping.
How To Cook Bacon In Air Fryer
The process is pretty easy. Once you do it once or twice it will come natural to you. Breakfast will be served on Sunday morning quick!
- Bacon. Identify which bacon you have. Whether it is thin or thick cut makes all the difference in terms of timing.
- Temperature. Set the temp. of your air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Cook. Split your package of bacon into two batches. Cook for 12 minutes if it’s thick cut and about 8 if it is thin. Check on it and leave it longer if you want it to be crispier.
Make sure you empty the grease between each batch.

I recently did a deep dive comparing and contrasting different Air Fryers and the one I landed on being the top is the NUWAVE Brio Digital Air Fryer. This is a great place to start air frying foods at home.
