Kool Aid Slushies are my kids favorite Summer treat. They are super low cost and incredibly easy. It’s a win for everyone.
I love finding new fun summer treats to make for the kids. Our days get long and boring and finding things to make in the kitchen is a fun activity for us.
How To Make Kool Aid Slushies
After I made the first one for my kids I was really excited because they told me they tasted EXACTLY like the Sonic slushies they love. For starters, I don’t have to leave the house to get them and second, it costs me way less money.
Ingredients You’ll Need
Grab the ingredients I know you already have and a 25 cent package of Kool Aid and you are ready to go.
- Kool Aid – any flavor of Kool Aid you love.
- Sugar – Because Kool Aid isn’t already sweetened.
- Water & Ice – to turn it from a regular drink into a slushie.
Kool Aid Slushie
This is super simple and straightforward. Add all of your ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour it into a cup and serve to the kiddos with a straw. Careful for brain freeze!
We have so far made Blue Raspberry Lemonade and Grape and the latter is definitely the favorite. Next up we are going to try Tropical Punch which is red in color.

Kool Aid Slushie
Ingredients
- 1 packet Kool Aid any flavor
- ½ cup sugar
- 5 cups ice
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until desired consistency.
